If you elect provide us with your email address in order to receive communications from Provider, we will use that information required to send you your request. If you have elected to provide us with your email address, we may sometimes send new offers to our customer on behalf of our business partners unless you ask us not to do so. If Provider's assets are transferred through merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or any other change of control, customer information will be one of the transferred assets of the company.

During the enrollment process a user is required to give certain information (such as name, email address, physical address, ESID, etc.). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. At your option, you may also provide demographic information (such as gender or age) about yourself, but it is not required.
To make online payments to us, you must provide contact information (like name and address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date, bank information, etc.). This information is used to complete your payments. If we have trouble processing an payment, we'll use this information to contact you.
We share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.
